Ordering information

Our part numbers are coded as LT3BC zzz yyy - x, where:
- zzz defines the illumination area height (in mm),
- yyy defines the illumination area width (in mm),
- x defines the color. R = red, G = green, B = blue, W = white, IR850 = Infrared 850 nm.

LT3BC backlights feature a wide range of compatible optical filters to be ordered separately:
- for horizontal/vertical linear polarizers, refer to PLLT series,
- for collimating filters, refer to CLLT series,
- for protective covers, refer to PCLT series.

LT3BC backlights integrate a smart driver that allows to operate in three different modes: the continuous mode, the boosted mode and the strobe mode.

Auto-switch function

If maximum Ton times are exceeded, LT3BC backlights automatically reduce power to avoid compromising the life of the LED as schematized in the following figure:

The auto-switch is activated when the maximum Ton = 10 ms is reached.
