MCZR series for optical metrology
Many non-contact measurement applications in machine vision require different optical magnifications to check various levels of details on geometrically complex parts and inspect objects of different sizes.
MCZR are 4x multiple-magnification optical systems designed for applications requiring frequent changes of format providing FOVs ranging from 25 to 250 mm. MCZR series provides unmatched magnification repeatability thanks to its unique revolving design while offering the same optical performances of very high-resolution fixed focal length lenses. Examples of applications include:
- Optical metrology of thin parts such as o-ring / gaskets
- Package inspection
- Quality control of different sized objects in the rubber/mechanical/pharmaceutical/biomedical industry
