TCLIB Suite offers tools to help you solving the following issues:
Misalignment between lens and collimated light, leading to inhomogeneity on the background illumination.
Misalignment between lens and object plane, causing a first loss in repeatability of the system.
Mismatching on the working distance, wich causes bad focus quality and worsen the success of a edge detection algorithm.
Residual distortion, ultimate cause of repeatability loss of the system, i.e. the ability to provide the same results on measurements moving the part on the field of view.
