WHO WILL BE YOUR TEACHER?


Gaetano Panagia is a Technical Support Specialist at the American branch of Opto Engineering® based in Houston with their machine vision applications in North America, Canada and Latin America. He obtained his M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2016.

After a contribution as a researcher in the nanoscience field at DTU, in Denmark, he entered the machine vision industry.

In 2018, he enrolled as a Technical Support Specialist at Opto Engineering Headquarters, in Mantova, before the relocation in the United States.

He has ever since brought his technical competence and his passion for education in assistance to our customers in the whole western hemisphere, from Prague to San Francisco, from Helsinki to Buenos Aires.

Davide Soresina is a Technical Support Specialist at Opto Engineering® Europe Headquarters and he is part of the team that supports the Italian, East European, South East Asia, Turkish, Israelian and Indian markets. He graduated in Informations and Communication Engineering in 2018 at the University of Trento.

During the university he collaborated with teaching professors as a tutor to other students.

After that, he started working in Opto Engineering® as a Technical Support Specialist.

During his time in Opto Engineering® he also started a teaching experience at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with a course about Industrial Vision Systems.

Daniele Ulivi is a Tech Support Specialist at Opto Engineering® in charge of the North and West European markets. He graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Physics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano with a specialization in photonics.

He started his professional career as a Sales Engineer in an international company leader in photonics and optoelectronics.

Since December 2018 he has joined the Opto Engineering® team as a Tech Support Specialist.

He is currently located in the Milan office, where he is responsible for technical discussions and feasibility studies to support the development of machine vision projects.
